The claim nobody has measured
Every AI platform on the market says the same thing: give the model better context and you will get better output with less rework. It is probably true. It is also unmeasured, which means every organization deciding how much governance work is worth doing is deciding without a number.
TOTEM ran the first of those measurements in public on 11 August 2026, with real participants and real tasks. Scoring is underway. When it publishes it will carry the method, the sample size, the rubric, and the conditions stated in advance under which we would call our own claim wrong, whether or not the result flatters us. It was a first pilot and we will describe it as one.
